By using Paletto ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Paletto transforms customer-submitted photographs into AI-generated paintings printed on canvas. We generate preview images free of charge. Canvas products are available for purchase after preview selection.
By uploading a photo, you confirm that:
You retain ownership of your original photo. By uploading it, you grant Paletto a limited license to process it for the purpose of generating your painting previews and fulfilling your order.
Free preview images are held for 72 hours from generation, then permanently deleted. Customers who return after expiration must re-upload their photo and regenerate. We are not liable for previews that expire before purchase.
All prices are in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Your order is confirmed upon successful payment. We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion and will provide a full refund in such cases.
If your canvas arrives damaged or materially different from your preview, contact us at support@paletto.co within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange a free reprint or refund at our discretion. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or change of mind.
Paletto uses AI to generate painting variations. Results may vary. We do not guarantee that any generated image will meet your expectations. The free preview exists precisely so you can evaluate the output before purchasing.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paletto's liability for any claim arising from use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid for your order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
